ePassGo is an innovative application designed to facilitate your safe re-entry into social gatherings and societal activities by leveraging the power of quick testing. It serves as a digital complement to existing health safety measures by allowing you to manage and verify COVID-19 test results in a secure, encrypted manner.

With this platform, you generate a personal, encrypted, and dynamic QR code. This code enables the secure transfer of your contact details by simply scanning it at testing stations and participating establishments such as restaurants, cinemas, theaters, schools, and at various events.

If you haven't undergone a test yet, you can easily retrieve your unique QR code to sign up for testing at a participating station. The system ensures you're promptly notified once your test results are available. If the result is negative, a countdown timer begins, indicating the validity period of your test outcome. During this period, your QR code can be used for entry verification at multiple venues. Should your test return positive, you'll be guided on the necessary steps to take and ensures relevant health departments are informed.

Your privacy and data security are a top priority. The application stores all personal data, including health results, encrypted on your device—accessible only by you and no one else. Furthermore, it prides itself on top-tier data protection standards, utilizing ISO-27001 certified German servers and robust encryption for data transfer.

Contactless data transfer and efficient contact tracing are central features. Establishments can quickly verify your health status, reducing the risk of contagion and enabling the resumption of a worry-free daily life. The system supports transparency by notifying you whenever your data is accessed and assures legal compliance with automatic data deletion after 28 days.

Currently, ePassGo is operational in several regions, including Halle (Saale), Landkreis Gifhorn, Landkreis Harz, Stade, Wolfenbüttel, and Wolfsburg, allowing residents to actively and safely participate in communal life while minimizing infection spread based on rapid testing strategies.
